D3 Sell Signal

The D3 sell signal is the mirror image of the D3 buy signal under Dow Theory for the 21st Century. The D3 sell signal is triggered when the S&P 500 breaks below its secondary reaction low and one of the two Dow indexes confirms by breaking below its own secondary reaction low.
