Arithmetic Operators

Python evaluates arithmetic expressions by operator precedence rather than strictly from left to right. Multiplication and division are evaluated before addition and subtraction. Arithmetic can be applied directly to variables. Percentage-based price changes are computed using arithmetic on variables.
